You lead a high‑performance team that is innovative, accountable, responsive, and customer focused.What You Will DoAccountable for overseeing the execution, and ongoing management of innovative specialty pilots and programs, ensuring they align with organizational goalsEnsure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively and meeting performance indicatorsDevelop and implement strategies for program growth and sustainability, often requiring cross‑functional collaboration with teams like operations, clinical and pharmacy.Partner with clients to influence key decisions and optimize programsLead client presentations and proposal developmentEnsure program and customer‑service excellenceAccountable to establish and deliver against business plan targets and ensure the profitability of programsProvide input during RFPsLead development of recent (or renewed) contractsLead a team and support their professional growth and developmentResponsible in partnership with the Business Intelligence Team to develop actionable insights, measure program effectiveness,



and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure programs comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and standardsWhat You Will NeedExperience in the specialty pharmaceutical industry and/or with patient support programsA deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare system5+ years of account management experience, Patient Support Program experience, and/or previous pharmaceutical brand management experience or equivalentDemonstrated strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decision‑making.People or team management experienceProven customer relationship and/or account management skills with direct client interactionExcellent communication skills, including the ability to develop content and deliver presentationsFinancial acumen and hands on budget management experienceStrong project management skillsUniversity degree or equivalent industry related experience.
