This rotational role involves working 28 days on and 14 days off, reporting to the First Cook. You will assist in buffet organization, vegetable and sandwich preparation, and cleaning duties, ensuring high standards in our galley. Ideal for those with kitchen experience in a high-volume setting, this position promotes teamwork in a unique marine setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing buffet and Grab & Go stations
• Prepare vegetables, meats, and sandwiches for service
• Grill and fry dishes under supervision




• Clean galley areas and maintain equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or 1+ year kitchen experience
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
• Robust attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Ability to work flexible schedule on a rotational basis
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
