WCLC is looking for a Computer Operator to enhance our Video Lottery Division in Saskatoon. Utilize your troubleshooting skills in a rotational shift schedule to support our VLT systems.

As a Computer Operator at WCLC, working within the Video Lottery Division, you will engage in critical technical support tasks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring server performance, conducting system integrity tests, and generating essential reports for the VLT program. You must possess a solid background in computer operations and strong customer service capabilities to manage incoming service calls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and resolve issues for VLT program servers
• Conduct service dispatch management for the system




• Maintain accurate site operator and call logs
• Generate reports on game data and revenue
• Assist customer service with call processing

Requirements:
• At least two years in a computer operation role
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Robust knowledge of security processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Must be open to working rotating shifts
