Become the Jëje Zho Manager at the Trʼondëk Hwëchʼin Offices in Dawson, YT and oversee essential shelter operations. This term role focuses on trauma-informed care for men facing homelessness while managing staff and programs.

Reporting to the Director of Tr’ëhudè & Dǟʼòleʼ, the Jëje Zho Manager coordinates vital services and initiatives within the Transitional House. Candidates should possess relevant post-secondary degrees, experience delivering care to vulnerable populations, and expertise in proposal funding and operational assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations of the Transitional House and shelter
• Develop and manage support programs for clients
• Perform client risk assessments and reviews




• Lead staff management and qualified training
• Represent the TH Government in advocacy efforts

Requirements:
• Degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Minimum two years in clinical supervision
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365
• Experience in harm reduction techniques
• Transparent Criminal Records Check with Screening
