This role supports the Primary Care Education Coordination department, where the Program Development Educator integrates adult learning principles into educational programming. Collaborating with a health care manager, you will engage in research-based programming that addresses specific client needs, especially in Palliative and Home Care Services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess learning needs of healthcare staff
• Develop research-based guidelines and protocols
• Facilitate adult education and team-oriented training




• Provide leadership in client-centered care initiatives
• Support health care professionals effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Nursing (BScN) required
• Three years of relevant clinical experience
• Proficient in teaching adults and facilitation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for work-related travel
