As a Recruiter at Canadian Tire you will be supporting executive recruitment and/or banking operations. You will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent that supports the Company's purpose of "Making Life in Canada Better." In this 12-month contract opportunity, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, delivering recruitment solutions across a diverse portfolio of corporate roles. This role requires you to be onsite 4 days a week in-office.ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of corporate job requisitions, handling multiple positions simultaneously in a high-volume environmentOversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: pipelining top talent, sourcing passive and active prospects, screening applicants, presenting candidates to hiring managers, coordinating and conducting interviews, advising on candidate selection, extending and negotiating offers, and managing administrative tasksDevelop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, and subject‑matter experts; set expectations clearly and develop strong recruitment strategies and talent recommendationsEfficiently manage the recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
