We’re looking for you.Your future roleTake on a recent challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our railway signalling projects are fully verified, validated, and integrated, meeting both Alstom’s core technical processes and the project’s contractual requirements. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as sub‑systems validation teams, ICC V&V Managers, and external stakeholders), design overall test plans and scenarios, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of preparing and performing test sessions, as well as managing V&V work products under configuration management, and support defect investigations and site tests when applicable.We’ll look to you for:Designing overall tests, including integration between subsystems, test plans, procedures, objectives, scenarios, and steps, incorporating realistic customer and operational contextsPreparing for test and integration sessions,
including aligning impact analysis reports and scheduling validation meetingsPerforming test and integration sessions, running test procedures, producing reports and creating work itemsParticipating in customer acceptance tests and site tests, if applicableSpecifying, designing, developing, and validating test environments and toolsSupporting defect investigations detected in factory or site environmentsEstimating V&V workload to support overall project schedules and ensuring test traceability versus requirements according to the Requirements Management PlanProviding support to sub‑systems validation teams during executionAll About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.
