- Meet customer needs and special requests by providing products that exceed their expectations.
- Promote sales in the bakery section by innovating and ensuring an exceptional variety and freshness of products.
- Ensure that product content and presentation are exceptional.
- Design and implement a seasonal marketing campaign.
- Decorate the service counter for various holidays to make it look appealing.
- Create recent cakes and decorate them according to customer requests.
- Plan production efficientlyin order toproduce a quantity that meets the store’s needs.
- Plan andmonitordry and perishable food purchases tooptimizequality,productionand profits.
- Use baking tools and equipment safely.
- Adhere to and apply food safety standards and protocols.
- Provide exceptional,courteousand efficient customer serviceat all times.
- Ensure that work areas, sales floors,toolsand equipmentremain clean at all times.
- Perform any other related duties.

What you bring to the table:

- You have a vocational diploma in baking or the equivalent
- You have relevant experience in baking.
- You are customerservice-oriented.




- You foster communication and team spirit.
- You have strong product presentation skills.
- You stand out for your interpersonal skills,energyand creativity.
