Become a Breakfast Server at Germain Hotels and deliver exceptional service every morning. Engage with guests to create a warm and family-like atmosphere from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This part-time position offers the chance to excel in hospitality by serving food and beverages while ensuring guests feel cared for. You will help set up and maintain service areas, with at least three shifts per week dedicated to your role. Knowledge of the menu is essential for providing recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and inform guests about the menu
• Set up, open, and close service areas
• Take and serve orders efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces
• Follow current alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent desired
• Previous experience in restaurant service is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage stress in a busy workplace
