We are looking for Technical Ecommerce Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital commerce initiatives across our global ecommerce ecosystem and bring them to life. You’ll be at the heart of our technical initiatives, working with talented engineers and creative minds to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who combines the disciplines of Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, and Product Delivery. The ideal candidate can translate business needs into technical solutions, drive cross-functional initiatives, proactively identify risks,



and partner closely with Engineering, Product, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale ecommerce solutions.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership

- Lead multiple enterprise ecommerce initiatives from discovery through production deployment.
- Own project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive projects to completion while proactively removing blockers and escalating risks when appropriate.
- Ensure successful delivery across Engineering, Product, UX, QA, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into transparent functional and technical requirements in collaboration with talented product managers.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
- Challenge assumptions, identify process improvements, and recommend scalable technical solutions.
- Act as the primary bridge between business teams and engineering throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Delivery

- Collaborate with engineering teams on solution architecture, APIs,



integrations, and technical implementation approaches.
- Manage projects involving ERP, OMS, payment gateways, shipping providers, tax engines, CRM, PIM, and third-party integrations.
- Understand data flows and system dependencies to proactively identify technical risks.

Product Delivery

- Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize work based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Balance competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
- Measure project success using business and operational KPIs.
- Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience managing complex digital commerce or enterprise software projects.
- Hands-on experience delivering Adobe Commerce (Magento) projects is required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise ecommerce platforms and digital commerce architecture.
- Experience managing B2B and/or B2C ecommerce implementations.
- Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working directly with software engineers, solution architects, QA, UX, and Product teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
