Adecco is currently hiring a Project Manager - Geotechnical/Geoscience for a full-time permanent opportunity in Burlington or Mississauga. This role is ideal for an experienced construction and geotechnical professional who enjoys managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of vibrant residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal communities. In this position, you will oversee geotechnical construction projects from initiation through completion while ensuring quality execution, client satisfaction, and alignment with project schedules and budgets.Salary:$100,000 to $140,000 annuallyLocation:Burlington, ON or Mississauga, ONSchedule:Monday to FridayEmployment Type:Permanent, full-timeResponsibilitiesManage a variety of geotechnical construction projects from initiation through completion across residential, industrial, commercial, and municipal sectorsOversee day-to-day construction site operations including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordinationReview project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure accurate project executionMonitor project performance to ensure quality, scheduling, and financial objectives are achievedLiaise with clients, consultants, municipalities, and regulatory agencies throughout project lifecyclesProvide leadership, mentorship, and support to geotechnical field staff and junior project managersIdentify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategiesCoordinate field inspections, quality assurance processes, material testing,
