AgeCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate, patient-centered team in British Columbia. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will deliver goal-directed nursing care within provincial standards as part of an interdisciplinary team.
You will assess residents, develop and update care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and providers. Solid communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills are required.
