This role requires a energetic Supervisor experienced in leading culturally grounded service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure culturally secure practices in service provision

• Address staffing issues and optimize service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with five years' experience
• In-depth understanding of Indigenous service models
• Experience in Child Welfare settings is essential
• Knowledge of human resources and performance management
• Strong communication skills fostering community relations
