Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Microbiology Quality Plan and assurance programs
• Ensure adherence to laboratory best practices and regulations




• Manage staff competency programs and validation activities
• Track service performance and enhance complaint resolution
• Promote safety initiatives and compliance in the workplace

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in Microbiology discipline
• Medical Laboratory Technologist program completion
• Familiarity with quality management techniques
• CMLTO certification essential
