In this role, you’re responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and inspecting equipment, floors, and more. By adhering to company SOPs, you will maintain high hygiene standards and contribute to the overall sustainability practices promoted at Bento. Your work will directly impact guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sanitize all kitchen equipment and surfaces daily
• Maintain cleanliness in offices and cafeteria areas
• Conduct inspections of utensils and kitchen tools
• Safely dispose of waste and recyclables
• Verify sanitizer concentrations using testing strips
Requirements:
• Must lift 23 kg (50 lb) comfortably
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic English communication skills necessary
• WHMIS certification beneficial
• Strong adherence to sanitation procedures
