This role supports effective collaboration, surfaces risks early, maintains alignment across teams, and promotes pragmatic Agile and Lean practices tailored to context rather than rigid frameworks.The Agile Process Specialist coaches pods and Product Owners, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and is accountable for continuously improving pod effectiveness and delivery outcomes.What You Will DoFacilitate planning, prioritization, requirement discussions, and release readiness activitiesEnsure requirements are clear, well‑understood, testable, and ready for developmentMaintain insight into work in progress, priorities, dependencies, and risksCommunicate release timelines, updates, and expectations to internal and external partnersEnable Agile and Lean approach adoption through coaching and continuous improvementFacilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives)Identify, track, and help resolve risks, blockers, and dependenciesPartner with Product, Design, BA,



and Development teams to maintain high‑quality documentation and alignmentImprove delivery practices, workflows, meeting efficiency, and decision trackingSupport reporting on team performance, value delivery, and key performance indicatorsThe Expertise You Bring5+ years total experience, including3+ years in Agile delivery roles(Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead)Experience working across Product Management, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and DevelopmentStrong coaching and leadership skills with a team‑first mindsetStrong understanding of Agile values and delivery practices applied pragmaticallyExperience with modern software delivery workflowsSupports multiple teams, builds strong cross-divisional relationships, and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly organized with strong prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skillsProactively identifies risks, drives team alignment, and adapts well to change and continuous improvementProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Nice to HaveExperience defining or tailoring Agile frameworksBackground in Accounting, Financial Services, Business Management, Engineering, or Computer ScienceEducationCollege degree (3‑year program) or equivalent work experienceCertifications (Nice to Have)PMI‑ACP, CSM, CSPO, PSM, SAFeScrum Master certificationsCurrent work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.We use AI-enabled LinkedIn Hiring Assistant to support parts of our sourcing process.
