Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion
• Supervise multiple crews and subcontractors effectively
• Conduct ongoing safety inspections on job sites
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Foster clear communication among project stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant construction experience
• High school diploma required, further education an asset
• Proficiency in project management software
• Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to travel extensively and work on rotational schedule
