Northland Properties is seeking a Graveyard Shift Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety and upkeep at the base operations area at the bottom of the mountain. Shift times are 9:00pm to 7:00am, primarily Friday–Sunday, with potential to cover additional weekdays.
The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a mechanical inclination for operating equipment such as forklifts and tramway systems. A adaptable schedule and weather resilience are essential.
