You will lead the spiritual wellness program, conduct one-on-one visits, and coordinate volunteers to support residents’ emotional and spiritual well-being. You will collaborate with the Recreation Director and multidisciplinary teams, guiding programming, community connections, and ongoing communication with home faith communities.
