As a new Process Operator, you’ll undergo a dedicated Mill Line of Progression that fosters skill development in various operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate equipment and assist with mill start-ups
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure housekeeping
• Support material handling and emergency management




• Engage in scheduled training and cross-training

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to participate in MTCU training modules
