Strong communication and computer skills are essential, as well as an understanding of logistics and dispatching principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with drivers to manage delivery demands
• Prepare delivery ticket selections and dispatch within systems
• Produce and review performance and truck reports




• Adjust customer account delivery parameters as needed
• Provide customer support on incoming inquiries
Requirements:
• Experience in dispatching and logistics is an asset
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Customer service experience required
• Qualified driving or fleet dispatching experience is a plus
• Awareness of Liquid Fuels Handling Code is beneficial
