About The RoleAs a CBRE Maintenance Senior Technician, you're not just maintaining buildings – you're the backbone of operations for medium to large‑scale facilities! This pivotal role within our Engineering and Technical Services team empowers you to deliver critical support, execute proactive preventive maintenance, and master complex repairs, keeping essential equipment and systems at peak performance.What You'll DoPerform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.Inspect current installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.Impact the quality of own work.Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.What You'll NeedHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job‑related experience.
