As a member of the catering staff, you will manage food delivery, setup, and post-event cleanup, ensuring high standards of service throughout. Your role will include maintaining food temperature logs, preparing buffet tables, and providing outstanding guest service during meal times. You’ll also assist with inventory and ensure cleanliness of the catering facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver food to various scheduled functions
• Ensure proper food temperatures are logged and maintained
• Set up and arrange buffet tables for events




• Serve plated meals and attend to guest requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment
Requirements:
• Valid Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certificates required
• At least 1 year of experience in food service
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to perform catering tasks
