Your contributions will enhance legal frameworks that drive strategic initiatives within a growing organization. You will also take on the role of Corporate Secretary to the Board, providing essential governance support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Maintain corporate governance and legal documentation
• Support investments and due diligence for transactions
• Identify legal risks and propose solutions
• Administer Board of Directors meeting logistics
Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. with Barreau du Québec membership
• Minimum of 10 years in corporate law
• Proven experience in acquisitions and governance
• Excellent contract negotiation skills
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
