Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in Canada is looking to hire a UX Designer f or a Long Term Contract / Full Time chance.
Location: Hybrid Toronto – 4 days onsite
JOB DESCRIPTION Experience leading UX, product design, or experience-design initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
Robust knowledge of user-centred design, design thinking, interaction design, usability testing, and responsive design.
Experience managing or mentoring UX designers and coordinating work across multiple initiatives.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG and AODA.
