As an Automotive Operations Coordinator based in our Burnaby Fleet Depot, you will assist with providing relationship care to over 140 Fleet Technicians and remote fleet technicians, by coordinating current driver onboarding activities, redirecting member escalations, and field service support. You will also support the Team Lead, Automotive Partner Operations by acting as the primary backup by handling sensitive and confidential information in the creation of contractual agreements, updating contractor rates and supporting the Contract Partner Portal on the Salesforce – Field Service platform.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safety of the Road Assist fleet by sourcing, ordering, and stocking PPE and other fleet supplies.Organize monthly Driver Engagement and Manager meetings and record notes.Organize employee events, retirements, partner conferences, seminars, training activities, negotiate vendor contracts and budget.Solicit and secure sponsors for the bi-annual Tow Partner Trade Show to offset the bi-annual conference budget.Support and assist with new technology launches (e.G., Salesforce), training, administration, and documentation of hardware across the internal fleet team and external contract partners.Provide support in processing various reports and documents for leadership; these documents may be sensitive and confidential.Prepare reports, newsletters and communicate relevant updates or information.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years in the automotive industry.Completed a Diploma in Business Administration, Communication,



Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven experience with account management and negotiating.Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise communication.Solid computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office 365 tools).EligibilityThis position is onsite and based out of our Burnaby Depot (5590 Goring Street).
