POSITION OVERVIEWThe Client Service Representative, Financial Services supports Financial Advisors with administrative duties such as data management, meeting preparation, file management, and internal and external stakeholder communication.This is an onsite role at our Nanaimo (Turner) location.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with the overall client experience in the officeProvide direct day-to-day support to internal and external stakeholders by communicating effectively through multiple streams (in-person, phone, emails, letters, etc.)Conduct investment and insurance-related administrative duties using various industry softwareLiaise with investment and insurance carriers to ensure effective and effective administration of client files,



confidentiality is paramountPrepare documentation for client meetings and presentationsManage client files physically and electronically and ensure the CRM database is up to dateSupport other internal processes and duties as assignedAdditional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment.REQUIREMENTSAt least 2 years of administrative experience (relevant industry experience is an asset)Strong working knowledge of MS Office applicationsAbility to learn and manage multiple software systemsExcellent organizational skills, discretion, critical thinking and sound judgementAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detailHigh level of initiative and independence in getting work doneThe salary range for this role is $42,500 to $52,500 per year. Compensation is determined by a combination of factors including a candidate’s experience, job-specific knowledge, and skills.
