As a Registered Nurse under the Director of Resident Care's supervision, you will ensure high standards of care for residents. You’ll lead Health Care Aides, LPNs, and Nurse IIs, fulfilling your responsibilities as outlined in the Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Your critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be key in delivering effective care and fostering positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in established standards
• Offer clinical direction to nursing staff and aides




• Fulfill professional obligations in nursing practice
• Maintain relationships with residents, families, and co-workers
• Recognize and apply nursing ethics and policies
Requirements:
• Active nursing licensure with CRNM or CRPNM
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Geriatrics and dementia care experience preferred
• Robust decision-making and communication skills
