Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors and clients
• Deliver proactive client service with attention to detail
• Assist in client onboarding and account maintenance
• Ensure accurate documentation compliant with regulations
• Support projects and conduct research as needed
Requirements:
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of organization and time management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in providing professional client service
• Interest in the Canadian investment landscape is a plus
