In this position, you will be responsible for all phases of mold building, from assembly to validation. We seek an experienced skilled who enjoys solving challenging mold construction issues and working with high tolerances and specifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and assemble injection molds from start to finish
• Carry out thorough inspections and maintain work documentation
• Troubleshoot and validate molds to ensure performance accuracy




• Develop and execute detailed build plans and layouts
• Safely operate cranes for heavy mold handling

Requirements:
• Preferred ten years of experience in mold making
• Red Seal certification considered a plus
• Positive mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts
