In this position, you will work collaboratively with educators and families to support children's growth and well-being. As a qualified Early Childhood Educator (Level 1, 2, or 3), your primary responsibilities will be to implement enriching programs, maintain a nurturing environment, and track individual children's progress through assessments and discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver BrightPath curriculum programs
• Ensure a clean and secure setting for all children
• Discuss assessments and children's needs with parents




• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and families
• Participate in staff meetings and training opportunities
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Level 3 Certification or equivalent
• Fulfill provincial childcare employment requirements
• Current First Aid and infant CPR certification
• Health assessment as per local health regulations
