Key Responsibilities:



- Oversee and support program implementation - Enhance team performance and collaboration - Foster culturally secure environments for community members - Track and report on program deliverables - Engage in conflict mediation and support services
Requirements: - Degree/Diploma related to Indigenous Studies or equivalent - Five years in management or supervisory roles - Demonstrated advocacy experience for Indigenous families - Familiarity with organizational governance and relationships - Strong written and verbal communication skills
