Work with Safely Connected as a Communications Specialist, promoting crucial conversations around eating disorders. Lead in creating outreach and educational materials in an inclusive setting.
This role offers a full time contract aimed at engaging youth and providers on eating disorders and mental health issues. Your work will involve crafting compelling content that aligns with the organization's anti-ableist and body-positive values.
Collaborate to amplify the voices of marginalized communities while breaking down barriers to access and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design communication campaigns to elevate awareness
Update and create educational content for the organization
Research to understand audience trends and behaviors
Partner with others to develop inclusive content
Manage data collection on content engagement
Requirements:
Age range 15 to 30 at employment outset
Valid Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
Must possess a valid Social Insurance Number
Awareness of mental health initiatives essential
Graphic design and communication experience is an asset
