Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Packaging or related field - Minimum 5 years in packaging engineering with NPD focus - Relevant certifications: CPP, ISTA, or Lean Six Sigma preferred - Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong problem-solving skills in packaging failures
