As a trusted advisor and mentor, you’re passionate about delivering excellence, supporting emerging professionals, and making a meaningful impact.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex, client tax engagements across a diverse client portfolio, setting the standard for excellence.Serve as a trusted advisor within the Tax Advisory Group, delivering timely, high-quality strategic tax planning and compliance solutions.Oversee the planning, execution, and review of complex tax returns and engagements with a focus on quality and standard.Drive technical excellence with thorough tax research and clear, confident presentation of findings.Collaborate closely with Firm Partners on advanced tax planning initiatives and broader client strategy.Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance guidance to emerging tax professionals, driving performance excellence and long-term career growth.Contribute to firm growth with relationship building and active participation in business development initiatives.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance team performance, strengthen processes, and elevate the overall client experience.What You Bring5+ years of progressive, hands‑on public accounting experience,
