This role is perfect for a seasoned adjuster who enjoys problem‑solving, guiding claims from investigation to settlement, and collaborating with a high‑performing team.What You’ll DoInvestigate and manage auto, liability, and property claims, including large or complex casesAssess coverage, set and adjust reserves, and document all activitiesNegotiate settlements and process payments efficientlyIdentify subrogation opportunities and coordinate with experts and service providersSupport litigation, mediations, and settlement strategies when neededProvide clear communication to policyholders, brokers, and stakeholders throughout the claims processWhat We’re Looking For5–10 years of multi-line claims adjusting experienceCollege diploma or university degree; CIP/FCIP is an assetStrong investigative, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilitiesHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage complex workloadsHybrid Work ModelFirst 3 months in‑office for onboarding and trainingAfter probation:
