The Youth Care Counsellor should have an understanding of basic counselling skills (i.E. Informal Counselling) and Trauma based knowledge for an understanding of the youth that we serve.Develop appropriate relationships with clients and identify their uniqueness and individuality.Coordinate support services based on identified goals.Ensure clients physical, medical, emotional, and other needs are met as identified (personal hygiene, grocery and personal shopping, medication monitoring and dispensing, medical and dental appointments scheduled as needed,
