The incumbent will design,



build and maintain solutions based on business requirements and evaluation of information technology trends and practices.The engineer will require a broad skill set with excellent problem solving and analytical skills in addition to a strong programmatic, “Infrastructure as Code”, approach to systems and container management.The Impact of Your RoleAs a Platform Engineer within Global Enterprise Services (GES), you will be at the heart of TMX Group’s digital evolution. You aren't just managing servers; you are architecting the resilient, elastic, and secure container ecosystems that drive the global financial markets. You will bridge the gap between legacy stability and future-forward innovation, ensuring our infrastructure is as dynamic as the markets we support.What You Will DoArchitect & Orchestrate: Design and maintain a multi-cloud Kubernetes ecosystem (EKS, GKE, OpenShift, and Rancher) with a focus on high availability and cost-efficiency.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Treat infrastructure like software. You will build, configure, and monitor environments across the SDLC using programmatic, repeatable methods.Modernize Networking: Implement and manage advanced architectures, including Service Mesh and loosely coupled designs, to ensure robust service discovery and security.CI/CD Leadership: Build and optimize automated pipelines for seamless integration and deployment,
