About the RoleThe Associate, Warehouse supports the efficient picking, checking, packing, receiving and shipping of customer orders in a GMP environment, following Standard Operating Procedures. The role is a 4‑month fixed term with a start date of September8,2026 and an end date of December18,2026.Employment DetailsEmployment type: Full time | Term Length: 4 months (Fixed Term)ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload and verify incoming products from delivery trucks against packing slips.Sort, count, package, label, and unpack inventory.Inspect shipments for damages, loss or defects and report findings to the team lead.Replenish shelves and maintain a safe, clean work setting.Operate pallet jacks and/or reach trucks for loading and unloading.Read pick worksheets, verify product numbers, lot numbers and expiry dates.Conduct weekly inventory counts and use an RF scanner to enter data into inventory and logistics software.Identify and report damaged, lost or missing merchandise immediately.Adjust work orders when material is short.Box, wrap and pack merchandise following SOPs and packaging guidelines.Prepare and ship orders, ensuring compliance with SOPs and accepted methods.Replenish packaging materials in the warehouse,
