Your Role As the Production Foreman, you’ll be the key leader overseeing all production operations during the evening shift. Your main duties will include: - Planning, organizing, and directing production activities to achieve targets for quality, efficiency, and safety; - Leading and supporting a team of 3 production supervisors and several team leaders across multiple production lines; - Promoting a positive,collaborative, and respectful work environment; - Driving continuous improvement initiatives and resolving production issues effectively; - Managing administrative functions such as disciplinary actions,



vacation approvals, and time tracking. Your profile Your Profile - At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in food manufacturing; - Familiar with HACCP and SQF standards; - Leadership style thatis coaching-oriented, empathetic, and hands-on; - Strong communication and adaptability in a manual, high-interaction production setting; - Able to make quick, sound decisions under pressure and keep teams engaged.
