Graystone Brewing is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and hard-working individual to join our production team as a Brewery Operations Assistant.

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of the brewery. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in keeping a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Washing and preparing kegs
Filling kegs
Supporting our canning line, including box preparation, packing cases of beer, and palletizing
Cleaning draft lines
General brewery cleaning and organization
Assisting the production team with other brewery tasks as required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to safely lift up to 50 kg
Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Previous brewery or beverage-production experience is considered an asset, but is not required
