Empire Deck Collective is looking for a Customer Enrollment Representative to connect with customers and help them navigate available services. The Customer Enrollment Representative role is centered around in-person communication, customer education, and helping individuals complete the enrollment process accurately and confidently.

Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities
The Customer Enrollment Representative will engage with customers directly to discuss available services and identify enrollment opportunities
Present and explain available programs while guiding customers through the enrollment and sales process
Walk customers through enrollment steps and required information
Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
Review customer information for accuracy and completeness as a Customer Enrollment Representative
Follow up with customers regarding enrollment information
Document customer interactions and update enrollment records
Maintain a professional and supportive customer experience





What We're Looking For in a Customer Enrollment Representative
Confident and explicit communication skills
Comfortable having detailed conversations with customers
Solid listening and problem-solving abilities
Organized and attentive to detail
Professional and dependable
Comfortable learning new information and processes
Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, insurance, or bartending is a plus
