Key Responsibilities:



- Verify and ensure quality compliance in operations - Maintain accurate records of quality checks and audits - Analyze and report on trends from lab results - Follow up on corrective measures for non-conformities - Assist with third-party audit documentation
Requirements: - Three years of HACCP experience in food processing - Familiarity with meat and food regulatory standards - Educational background in a related field - Solid communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to flourish in high-pressure situations
