– Respiratory therapyResponsibilitiesConduct full respiratory assessments, diagnostics, and evaluate test results.Initiate and supervise CPAP/oxygen therapy and BIPAP treatment.Deliver equipment and supplies as required and perform routine equipment quality‑control checks.Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans in consultation with clients, physicians, and care teams.Provide follow‑up to evaluate effects of the treatment plan, client comfort, and compliance with therapy.Assess client home workplace for safety; identify and address areas of concern.Maintain continuing education and stay current with clinical best practices.Comply with and maintain knowledge of all funding processes and systems.Participate in sleep duties, including initiating PAP therapy when prescribed.Ensure completion of all documentation and forms to initiate therapy.Prepare and facilitate funding documents and
