handling, and distribution processesEnsure employee health and safety in both cold and dry storage environmentsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)4+ years of Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related fieldStrong experience managing in a unionized environment (highly preferred)Proven ability to develop and execute strategic and annual operational plansStrong financial acumen and cost management expertiseExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesDemonstrated leadership experience managing and developing operational teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Strong communication skills — able to present technical information to diverse audiencesAnalytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguityCompensationPay Range: $91,400.00 - $142,700.00.
