Data Center Sites Technician II will be responsible for day‑to‑day data center support activities, including but not limited to server and network hardware installation, copper/fiber‑optic cabling, "layer 1" troubleshooting and IT asset management. Sites II Technician will monitor and respond to hardware and software issues, utilizing industry standard ticketing system and to provide clear, timely and appropriate customer communications. Sites II Technician activities will be governed by SOPs, Program, Safety and Security Policies to meet requirements for quality and quantity of work. Sites II will be required to join an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support.
