Key Responsibilities:
- Manage care proceedings and represent clients in court - Advise on private law proceedings and local authorities' responsibilities - Support colleagues with duty advice in team rotations - Participate in training provided to clients and the team - Contribute to local justice boards and improvement initiatives
Requirements: - Minimum ten years post-qualification experience in family law - Expertise in childcare law and local authority duties - Excellent advisory skills in private law and safeguarding - Willingness to mentor and provide guidance to junior staff - Flexibility for hybrid working arrangements and office presence
