We seek an experienced qualified to scale Tailscale’s Talent Acquisition operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and create insights using analytics. Your role will influence how we hire and provide operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize the recruiting technology stack and standard processes
Build dashboards and reports on hiring metrics
Design scalable recruiting programs and workflows
Partner with coordinators to enhance candidate experience
Support compliance in recruiting documentation tasks
Requirements:
3+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or related field
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tech
Robust analytical skills with data-driven insights
Excellent communication across various teams
Ability to manage multiple operational projects effectively
