As a Skills Coach, you are expected to lead the skill development of participants while collaborating with Support Workers and Volunteers. The role involves implementing tailored lesson plans and creating a supportive workplace suitable for diverse abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Create adaptive lesson plans per program requirements
Implement autism-informed coaching techniques
Build a positive atmosphere for participant engagement
Collaborate with team members and the Onsite Supervisor
Manage session timing and necessary setups
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant coaching experience
Valid First Aid and CPR-C Certification required
Must provide a transparent criminal record check
Competency in skating for relevant programs
Enthusiastic about working in inclusive settings
Utilize your coaching skills to create lasting impacts on participants’ lives within the Canucks Autism Network.
