In this full-scope HR role, you’ll act as a key advisor to operational leaders. Collaborating with the People & Culture team, you will focus on recruitment, onboarding, and enhancing employee engagement while ensuring compliance with legislation. This role is integral to implementing company-wide HR programs effectively.

Requirements: - HR degree or equivalent - 7+ years in HRBP or generalist roles - CHRP or CHRL preferred - Experience in skilled services or engineering sectors - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
